IDENTITY • HOUSING

Ateliers de l’Avenir specializes in prefabricated wooden construction while promoting the integration of deaf and hard-of-hearing workers through its status as an adapted work company.
For the Bara project, they were selected as subcontractors by Thomas & Piron for the production of wooden structures. We collaborated on the technical details and visited their workshops in Grâce-Hollogne to monitor the fabrication of the panels intended for the site. Their organization is specifically adapted to deaf and hard-of-hearing workers, ensuring both efficiency and safety.
After production, we followed the delivery and installation of the prefabricated panels. This method, particularly suited to urban environments, enables fast implementation while minimizing disruptions on-site. Assembled in a single day, the modules reduce clutter and optimize the construction schedule. This approach combines efficiency, social commitment, and local engagement.
