CIRCULARITY • RENOVATION

BâtiTerre is a reuse company committed to a circular and local economy. As a workers' cooperative, it offers materials and services related to reuse, while supporting professional reintegration. It also contributes to reducing construction site waste and achieving significant energy savings.
In our projects, we integrate an inventory process from the start to identify reusable elements. This approach allows us to reintegrate certain materials into the reuse cycle or directly incorporate them into the project. We collaborate with BâtiTerre on various projects to bring this approach to life. For example, on the Jaurès project, we recovered sanitary fixtures, dispensers, and ventilation grilles, which BâtiTerre cleaned and reinstalled on the same site. On the Ugeux project, sanitary fixtures and tiles were supplied by BâtiTerre. We also recovered tiles from the building, which were stored for the client to reuse for roof renovations on nearby buildings. Finally, we dismantled roof insulation to reuse it on the cellar ceilings, continuing our commitment to reuse and material valorization.
