Functionality and Elegance

Located in the heart of Uccle, this 1970s apartment, comprising four bedrooms, underwent a comprehensive renovation aimed at reimagining its interior spaces with harmony and modernity. The intervention optimized the distribution of rooms, offering generous volumes and a fluid circulation, in line with contemporary living.
The project revolves around a central library, integrated into the circulation space. This centerpiece, both functional and aesthetic, serves as a connection between the various areas of the apartment, creating a seamless transition and a focal point at the heart of the home.
A particular focus was placed on close collaboration with the client to preserve and highlight existing architectural elements and quality décor. We successfully combined respect for the building's history with innovation, integrating modern materials and finishes while retaining the apartment’s soul.
The choice of materials and finishes played a key role in the transformation. Natural textures, soft tones, and custom elements enrich the atmosphere, bringing warmth and refinement throughout. Special attention was given to light, maximizing openings and integrating carefully designed lighting that enhances the interior architecture.
This project reflects our commitment to revealing the potential of existing spaces, combining comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, while honoring the values of the client and their environment.
